These terms govern your use of the Blueberry Media website and, where applicable, our LinkedIn content services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
Blueberry Media Digital Ltd ("Blueberry Media", "we", "us") is based in Hungerford, Berkshire, United Kingdom, and provides LinkedIn thought leadership content for B2B founders, executives and consultants.
We produce LinkedIn content for clients through a recorded conversation format, typically a 45-minute call every two weeks, which we turn into video clips and written posts. Full details of our current service offering are on our Services and Our Process pages.
New client engagements begin with an initial 90-day sprint. After this period, services continue on a monthly rolling basis. Either party may end the arrangement with 30 days' written notice. Specific scope, deliverables and fees for your engagement will be confirmed in your proposal or agreement.
Fees are set out in your proposal or agreement and are payable on the schedule agreed at the start of your engagement. We reserve the right to pause work on any account with overdue payment.
To deliver our services effectively, we ask clients to:
Once approved and paid for, final content produced for you belongs to you, and you're free to publish and use it as you wish. Blueberry Media retains ownership of its own processes, templates, frameworks and any unused draft material.
We treat information shared with us during content calls and throughout our engagement as confidential, and we won't share it outside of producing your agreed content without your permission.
We aim to deliver a high standard of work, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes, such as follower growth, engagement or revenue, since these depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement in the preceding three months.
You're welcome to browse and share content from our website for personal or business reference. Please don't copy, scrape or republish our content without permission, and don't use the site in any way that could damage it or interfere with other users.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
