Our story

Where Blueberry Media came from

Our founder, Josh Huggins, spent ten years in people and organisation consulting at EY Lane4 and Accenture. He worked with leaders at Barclays, BMW, easyJet, Nationwide and Balfour Beatty, helping them earn trust, change behaviour and run communication and engagement programmes that reached thousands of people. His psychology degree underpinned all of it, because the work came down to leadership behaviour and building trust.

In 2021, after redundancy, Josh started freelancing for a handful of CEOs. They had great businesses, but no communication strategy and no marketing, and very few buyers knew who they were. Drawing parallels from leadership, people build trust inside a business the same way they build it in the market, by being credible, reliable and showing more of themselves.

That is what Blueberry Media does today. We help founders and senior leaders build a personal brand and share their thinking on LinkedIn, making them human and credible across their industry.
