Wendy previously worked at Nationwide in their Learning & Development team and carries over 20 years experience in the development industry. Wendy’s recent venture: The Affinity Coach Ltd, is an executive coaching practice. The organisation helps individuals find the affinity within their purpose. This is through building their unique strengths, improving performance, enhance relationships and developing skills to enrich their lives. The vision is to build and grow a fantastic executive focused organisation.
Brief:
Wendy was searching for an agency to create a full brand identity for The Affinity Coach Ltd and support the impactful vision she was looking to create. There was a clear direction inspired by nature, showcasing a supportive but stand-out brand that welcomed clients with professionalism. We were excited to bring this organisation to life and share some of the creative routes we felt would really enhance The Affinity Coach Ltd.
Outcome:
During our discovery process we dug a little deeper into some of the meanings behind the term ‘affinity’. This research, coupled with a nature inspired palette of tonal greens and autumnal yellows created a super supportive persona for the brand. Throughout a variety of design check-points, digital catch-ups and using our timeline wisely, both Blueberry Media and The Affinity Coach Ltd landed on a dual shape design that brought a great sense of collaboration to the concept. Along with the layered meaning behind the design, the overall branding really aligned with the original vision of The Affinity Coach Ltd. This was a great collaborative project that both parties really enjoyed being a part of!
